Bank transfer

It is possible to pay for your order by bank transfer. Parcel will be dispatched after money will reach our bank account. It usually takes 2 - 3 days.

By cash

You can pay for your odrer by cash in personal takeover. It is possible to pay in Czech Crowns and Euro. It is not possible to pay by payment card.

Cash on delivery

You will pay for your order after it is delivered to you by postman or you will take over it at your local post office. This option is available only for delivery within Czech Republic and the fee for this service is €2.

Delivery

It is possible to take over your order in person or to delivery it by post. Parcels are sent usually once a week on Monday. When the post office is closed due to holidays, parcels are sent on the next possible working day. Tracking number is provided to each parcel after it is dispatched.
In winter, when temperatures are below zero, it is not possible to send snails by post. Delivery by post i possible only within Czech Republic with added insulation and heating pad (additional charge €2).

Delivery - European Union

Shipping costs is 15€ for orders containing only snails, slugs, millipedes and other invertebrates (any number of them possible). For safe delivery of snails, slugs, millipedes and other invertebrates, temperatures in your area need to be between 0 - 30°C, so please check your weather forecast before you order. Parcel is delivered usually within 3 - 10 days. Unfortunately, we are not able to control conditions during the transfer and the delays caused by the carrier. We pack the snails, slugs, millipedes, beetles and accessories the best way so especially the animals are able to survive long travel. Transfer is still on the risk of the buyer. If we can, we are still trying to replace dead animals after arrival (shipping costs are not refunded). In the case you will find some dead animal in your delivered parcel (which is very rare), please let me know to our email immediately with the photo of the dead snail, slug, millipede or beetle. Shipping is also not possible in the winter time when temperatures in the Czech Republic are below zero.

Delivery - Worldwide

Shipping costs is 21€ for orders containing only snails, slugs, millipedes and other invertebrates (any number of them possible). For safe delivery of snails, slugs, millipedes and other invertebrates, temperatures in your area need to be between 0 - 30°C, so please check your weather forecast before you order. Parcel is delivered usually within 7 - 14 days. Unfortunately, we are not able to control conditions during the transfer and the delays caused by the carrier. We pack animals and accessories the best way so especially the snails, slugs, millipedes and beetles are able to survive long travel. Transfer is still on the risk of the buyer. If we can, we are still trying to replace dead animal after arrival (shipping costs are not refunded). In the case you will find some dead animal in your delivered parcel (which is very rare), please let me know to our email immediately with the photo of the dead animal. Terraristic fair Živá exotika

You can take over your order also on terraristic fair Živá exotika which is held each month (except summer holidays) in Prague at Top Hotel Praha at tables number E21 - E23.

Dates of the fair in the 2023: 15.4., 20.5., 17.6., 16.9., 14.10., 11.11., 16.12.

Terraristic show Hamm (Germany)

Delivery to Hamm show is usually possible. Delivery fee of 10€ is applied. Only snails can be delivered.

Delivery - Czech Republic

Czech Post - Parcel Delivery To Hand

The parcel is usually delivered in one or two days. You will be informed about the parcel movement using text messages from Czech Post. Tracking number is also provided for each parcel. Price is 6€ and with cash on delivery payment 8€. The weight of the parcel can be up to 30 kg.

Czech Post - Parcel Delivery To Post Office

The parcel is usually delivered in one or two days to your local post office. You will be informed about the parcel movement using text messages from Czech Post. Tracking number is also provided for each parcel. Price is 5.2€ and with cash on delivery payment 7.2€. The weight of the parcel can be up to 30 kg.
