The author of the book Miloš Kroupa has been an aquarist since he was nine years old. Currently he works as a parasitologist and fish caretaker in an aquarium wholesale. The handbook deals with general aquarium fish keeping. The individual chapters are, as always, arranged alphabetically and are accompanied by many illustrative colour photographs.
