International shipping of live animals is temporarily unavailable due to low temperatures. We expect to resume in March or April. Personal pickup is still possible.
Luffa cylindrica is a thermophilic, annual, climbing plant grown for its cylindrical fruits. These are either eaten while still unripe or, after ripening, the dried flesh formed by a network of vascular bundles is used. These bundles make a beautiful decoration and a great skish at the same time. They are particularly recommended for invertebrates such as isopods and millipedes.
