Big and attractive species from genus Acavus. Very nice contrast between dark shell and light body. As other species from this genus they have only one big agg each time with several month incubation. Long lived species (approximately 20 - 30 years). Very rare in collections. They are not hard to keep and they prefare cucumber as their food.
